Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Supervisor to oversee security operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure the safety of people, property, and assets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily activities of security guards.
Prepare duty rosters and assign shifts.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.
Maintain incident reports and daily security logs.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Train and guide security staff on safety protocols and emergency response.
Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary.
Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment.

Requirements

Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
1–5 years of experience in security supervision or related roles.
Experience in industrial, commercial, residential, or institutional security is preferred.
Ex-servicemen and retired police personnel are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
