Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in managing hotel staff, guest satisfaction, and overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations efficiently.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and revenue performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage employee schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel requirements.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
